【Abstract】 Using the effective reflectivity method and the theory of single FP (Fabry Perot) cavity laser,the problem of mode spectrum of GaAs/GaAlAs inte- grated external cavity laser,with the aid of computer numeric calculations and drawing,has been solved simply,and then the experiment scheme is given.
