【摘要】 本文测定90例脑血管和神经系统疾病、5例正常对照组的脑脊液神经降压素含量。结果表明:①颅内炎症,功能性头痛和缺血性脑血管病脑脊液神经降压素含量,都比正常对照组明显减少,②脊髓疾病中的颈椎病脊髓型和运动神经元疾病的神经降压素比对照组显著增加;③其余疾病脑脊液神经降压素含量虽有不同程度变化,但皆无统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of radioimmunassay we studied the changes of the levels of neurote-nsin in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)in 90 patients with cerebral vescular diseaseand other neuropathic diseases.We also studied the contents of neurotensin in CSFin 5 normal individuals as the control group.The results were as follows:① In the patients with intracranial inflammation,functional headache and cerebralvascular ischemic disease the levels of neurotensin in CSF were significantlydecreased (P<0.01,P<0.05).② In the patients with motor neuron disease and cervical vertebral disease ofspinal type,the levels of neurotensin in CSF are significantly increased (P<0.001).③ Changes in the levels of the neurotensin in CSF of other neuropathic diseaseswere not remarkable (P>0.05).更多还原
