心钠素的来源及心脏内分泌功能的探讨
A STUDY OF THE ORIGIN OF CARDIONATRIN AND ENDOCRINE FUNCTION OF THE HEART
【摘要】 应用心钠素快速放射免疫分析法,初步观测了先天性心脏病患者心导管检查过程中腔静脉、右心房下部、右心室流出道及股动脉内血浆心钠素浓度并与周围静脉比较,以探讨血液循环中心钠素的主要来源。结果表明,先天性心脏病患者周围静脉及腔静脉血浆心钠素浓度较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。右心房下部血浆心钠素浓度与右心室流出道及股动脉比较无明显差别。但三者均较腔静脉及周围静脉血浆心钠素浓度显著增高(P<0.05),提示人体循环血浆心钠素主要来源于心房。本研究结果支持心脏具有内分泌功能的学说。
【Abstract】 Cardionatrin radioimmunoassay was used to determine the concentra-tions of cardionatrin in the cava,right atrium,the outflow way of rightventricle and the femoral artery of patients with congenital heart diseasewho were undergoing cardiac catheterization and agiocardiography in orderto investigate the origin of cardionatrin in circulation.The results showedthat plasma concentrations of cardionatrin in the cava of patients withcongenital heart disease (603.4±157.64pg/ml) were significantly higherthan those in normal controls (492.78±138.62pg/ml) (P<0.05),and plasmalevel of cardionatrin in the right atrium (861.4±293.07pg/ml),the outflowway of the right ventricle (821.67±232.03pg/ml) and the femoral artery(825±211.37pg/ml) were significantly higher than th in theose cava(P<0.05).These results indicate that circulating cardionatrin mainly originates fromthe atrium.The study supports the hypothesis that the heart has endocrinefunction.
