【摘要】 从1981年9月～1987年10月收治多原发恶性肿瘤13例,占我科同期恶性肿瘤5537例之0.23％。其中5例(38％)为同时发生,8例(62％)为异时发生。第一原发癌与第二原发癌的间隙时间从1个月至18年,平均为4.5年,以食道、乳腺、肺为好发部位。本文还对多原发恶性肿瘤的发病因素、发病率及治疗原则进行了扼要的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirteen multiple primary malignant tumors are reported. Among them were 5 synchronous cancers (38%) and 8 metachronous cancers (62%). The average interval between the first and second canecrs was 4.5 years, ranging from 1 month to 18 years. Of the 13 cases, the sites of predilection consist of the esophagus, the breast and the lungs. This review presents that the etiologic factors, incidence and management data of MPMT are discussed, and that it is important to protect and improve immune functions of the patients during the treatment. We conclude that it is the etiology and mechanism by which the disorder is produced that must be recognized.更多还原
