三对性状测交结果的遗传分析及其微机程序
GENETIC ANALYSIS OF THREE-PAIR-ACTOR TEST-CROSS AND MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM(BASIC )
【摘要】 减数分裂和测交试验原理表明测交后代(Ft)的表型种类和比例,就体现了F1所形成的配子类型及其比例。本文通过理论分析,根据测交结果,采用卡平方(X2)测验的方法,确定三对基因之间的遗传关系。为了更迅速准确地完成对其测交结果的分析,编写了苹果Ⅱ机和LAER310机通过的BASIC程序。
【Abstract】 Mciosis and test-cross principle denotes that pheoptypes of a test-crossprogeny ( Ft ) and the ratio are a direct reflection of gamete kinds andtheir ratio in the Fl. Genetic relationship between three-pair gens isdetermined according to theoretic analyses and the result of three-pointtest-cross, and with the help of x lest. In order to complete geneticanalysis of the result rapidly and accurately, we have also worked outa genetic analysis program ( BASIC ) with APPLE II and LASER 310 computers.
