【摘要】 报告3例晚期抗药性癌症患者(2例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,1例转移性神经纤维肉瘤)应用大剂量联合化疗(CHOP或COBP)伴自身骨髓移植治疗的经验。化疗前抽取骨髓,于4℃保存于保养液中72小时,一般于化疗后48小时回输。3例均获部分缓解,出现白细胞下降均在2周内恢复正常。作者认为本法技术简便易行,适合推广,但对适应症、剂量、巩固疗效方法等尚待继续探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of advanced, pretreated, refractory cancer patients, 2 with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphomas, 1 with metastatic neurofibrosarcoma, were treated with High dose CHOP or COBP chemotherapy with Autologors Bone Marrow Transplantation. Bone marrow were withdrawn before chemotherapy, stored in RPMI-1640 culture media at 4℃ for 72 hrs, and infused 48 hours following Chemotherapy. All 3 cases achieved PR, Hematocytopenia appeared but recovered within 2 weeks- This simplified ABMT is recommanded for more clinical Trials.更多还原
