Büchi定氮仪测定方法的改进

【摘要】 <正> 在生物科学研究中,有机体含氮量的测定乃是一项重要的工作。长期以来,人们多半采用凯达尔测定法,并以手工操作。其程序繁琐,结果易受人为因素的影响。近几年来,引进了一些国外的自动定氮装置。这些仪器操作简便,自动化程度较高,使结果的精确度和精密度都大大地提高。但是,在操作时,对周围环境的要求较高,且耗费大量的进口试剂和水电,而且目前国内条件难以满足,因此,我们在Büchi定氮仪使用上作了一些改进:用国产试剂,并自行制备催化剂,代替进口试剂和催化剂;增加样品的粉碎度,以减少最小称样量;选择最短消煮时间和最少的试剂用量,从而缩短消煮时间33.33~45.45%,

【Abstract】 This paper attempt to reveal the feasibility of the use of Chemical reaunt which made in China and self—prepared catalyst instead of those imposts for the detection of nitrogen content in cereals and beans seed by the Buchi nitrogen detesrmination system. The optimum Conditions of the determination were also strutted.The seault of our study demenstrated that the minimun weight of the sample could be reduced to 50%;the time of digestion was shortened to 33.3—54.5%;and the reagent was saved 50% when homogenous samples (passed through 60°Sieve) were used. Even more, these improvements would raise the efficiency to onefold. Besides, economize water and power consumption, and a zot of foreign exchange.the detectivity of these improvements reached 98%, it show a marked in crease as 3—5% over that of kjaldald (GB2905—82) method and the Buchi standard method.
