玉竹多糖的研究——分离纯化及其性质
The Study of Polygonatum Polysacchare Isolation Purification and Some Properties
【摘要】 从玉竹中分离得水溶性玉竹多糖PW—Ⅰ和PW—Ⅱ,初步结构测定表明多糖链的连接方式主要为β-(1→2)。
【Abstract】 The water soluble polygonatum polysaccharide PW—I and PW—Ⅱwere isolated from Polygoantum odoratum(Mill) Druce. The structure of polysacch-aride chain has been identified as with β(1→2) Linkages in its main chain.
