环氧树脂自硬砂的研究
Study on the Epoxy Resin Self-Hardening Sand
【摘要】 作者对用于制作型芯的新型自硬砂粘结剂—环氧树脂、稀释剂、固化剂、附加物等进行了探讨,并对树脂砂的常温、高温性能进行了测试。指出该树脂砂具有比低氮呋喃树脂砂高的高温抗弯强度和粘结强度,较长的可使用时间,从而为防止复杂型芯的变形(浇注时的高温变形),减少树脂用量,提供了一种新的树脂粘结剂
【Abstract】 The novel self-hardenining binder-poxy resin binder applicable for making complicate cores was studied in this paper.The organic diluent,catalyst and additive were research and the properties of the resin sand at normal and high temperature were tested. The epoxy resin self-1 ardening sand prossesses higher thermal bendingstreng th than that of low nitrcg-n fuian resin bonded sand,along with pot life and higher binding strength.lt is a new resin binder for foundry production which may be used to prevent the complicate cores from deforming at high temperature during pouring.The amount of addition of resin can also be decreased.
