芯撑与母体金属熔接处微区状况对铸件质量的影响

【摘要】 作者对不同覆盖层芯撑与母体金属(铸钢、铸铁)熔接处的微区状况进行了具体分析和研究,找出了Sn、Sn—Pb覆盖层芯撑和有铁锈芯撑,对铸件质量的危害主要是由于在微区附近形成难以克服的气垫型缝隙(CO、O2、H2)、大块Pb滴、夹杂物(SnO、SnO2、Fesn)和密集的气孔缺陷(CO、H2)所造成的。

【Abstract】 In this paper,specific analysis and studies of the micro-real conditions in the welding portion of core support with various coverings and parent metals (cast steel,cast iron)are carried out.The authors have found out the main reason why core support covered with Sn,Snb casting flux and rust take harmful effect on the quality of castings.This harmful effect is caused by hardly removable airushioned cracks (CO, O2,H2),Pb block,inclusions(SnO,Sn02,FeSn)and dense gasole defects,which are formed near the microrea.
