可锻铸铁的低温退火新工艺及其石墨化理论的探讨

【摘要】 经炉前孕育处理后的铁水浇注成的白口铸件在共析转变温度(760℃)以下退火,再经20—30小时保温,可获完全铁素体基体的可锻铸铁。研究实现了可锻铸铁生产中在共析温度以下一个阶段完全铁素体化的目标,突破了必须经高、低温两阶段退火的传统观念和做法,铸件机械性能可达国家标准。该工艺较之传统工艺可以降低能耗25%;铸件变形、氧化、白边等缺陷明显减少;过烧消除;退火箱损耗降低;铸件切削加工性能明显改善;车间勿需增加任何设备及投资即可实现该工艺。

【Abstract】 If proper inoculation is used for the liquid iron before casting malleable cast iron of ferritic matric by only annealing the white cast iron at temperature below eutectic point, 760,for 20-30 hours.This new process breaks through the traditional method in which ferritic malleable iron is obtained by annealing at high and low temperature in succession, through two stages of graphitization.The mechanical properties of castings obtained by the new process reached the national standard of our country.Comparing with traditional two stages graphitization by using the new process, the energy consume will be decreased by 25%,the oxidation and distortion of castings,and the consume of annealing box will also be decreased.The machinability of castings will be improved to some extent.The overheat of castings will be eliminated.In adopting this new process,no any investment for the supplement of equipments is required.
