【摘要】 本组典型美尼尔氏病患者73例,分成中西组35例,对照组38例,用单盲法进行治疗。中西组用西医治疗加中药美氏煎剂内服。对照组仅用西医治疗。结果:中西组痊愈19例(54.29%),好转15例(42.86%),无效1例(2.85%),总有效率97.15%;对照组痊愈110例(26.32%),好转20例(52.63%),无效8例(21.05%),总有效率(78.95%)。中西组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 73 cases of Meniere’s disease with typical symptom of triad:sudden dizziness,tinnitus and deafness,and positive otoseopy,vestibulo-functional test and andiometry;EcochG and BSER were used in some doubtful cases,were randomly divided into 2 groups:35 for TCM-WM group and 38 for WM group as control.Patients’sexes,ages and duration of the onsets were almost evenly distributed in these 2 groups.This experiment was performed with single blind trial.Patients of TCM-WM group were administered with low sodium diets,60～100 ml of 50% glucose intravenously given, nicotinic acid 100 mg,vitamin B₁ 30mg,vitamin C 300 mg and diphenidou HCl 50mg oral given,and traditional decootion was given constisting of the following herbs;Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinesa,Achyranthis bidentatae,Bupleurum chinense,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,Scutellaria baicalensis,Zizyphus spinosae,Chrysanthemum moriflorium,Cryptotympana atrata,Atractylodes macrocephala,Liquidambaris taiwaniana,Dioscorea opposita,Prunus persicae,Carthamus tinctorius, Citrus reticulata,Citrus aurantii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Coptis chinensis,Ligusticum wallichii,Paeonia alba,Lycium barbarum,Akebia quinta,Alismatis orientale,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Ophiopogonis japonis,Plantaginis asiatica,Ligusticum lucidum,Schisandra sinensis,Phragmitis communis,Gas- trodia elata,Zingiberis recens and Phyllostachys nigra,Patients of the control group were treated with same course and same western medicine but without herb-drugs.Results:In TCM-WM group,19 cases（54.29%）were cured,15（42.86%）improved,1（2.85%）failed,the total effective rate was 97.15%. In control,10 cases（26.32%）were cured,20（52.63%）improved,and 8（21.05%）failed,the total effective rate was 78.95%.TCM-WM group was significantly better than that of the control,P<0.05.更多还原
