【摘要】 用改良口服透析法合用中药,治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例,其中氮质血症9例,尿毒症21例。治疗后血浆尿素氮和血清肌酐明显下降。与对照组比较,氮质血症缓解,尿毒症病死率明显低于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其疗效基本达到腹膜透析标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 60 cases of the chronic renal failure were divided into two groups randomly and treated with conservative treatment and Chinese drugs with oral dialysis therapy respectively.The latter group were 9 cases of azotemia and 21 cases of uremia(including 15 cases of terminal stage of uremia). BUN and SCr were compared between pre-and post-treatment.The effective rate in reducing BUN and SCr were 93% and 66% respectively.The remission and mortality rates were 37% and 63% in the conservative group and the oral dialysis with Chinese drugs group were 70% and 30% respective- ly.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).4 cases have been followed up for one and half year treated by the oral dialysis with Chinese drugs therapy.No malnutrition and other severe side-effects were observed.更多还原
