【摘要】 本文通过右心导管直接监测动脉压和血气分析,对38例慢性阻塞性肺疾病和慢性肺心病患者作肺动脉一次性注射川芎嗪注射液的疗效进行了观察,结果表明:川芎嗪可降低肺动脉压,其作用是肯定的,而且是安全的。但该药有效作用时间短暂,尚不能依赖该药治疗肺动脉高压症。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutical effects of Ligustrazine on pulmonary hypertension for 38 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）and chronic cor pulmonale（CCP）patients were studied with rigt heart catheterization and blood gas analysis.The results showed that an usual dose of Ligustrazine injected into pulmonary artery was safe and its effect of reducing pulmonary artery pressure（PAP） was positive.and it had no side-effect of decreasing PaO₂,SatO₂ and systemic arterial blood pressure significantly.Since the sustenance of curative effect is less than 20 min.and the effect of reducing PAP in not very significant,the author holds that it is not sufficient for the application of Ligustrazine alone on pulmonary hypertension of COPD and CCP.更多还原
