蠕墨铸铁硼缸套的耐磨性
Wear Resistance of Cylinder Liner of Compacted Cast Iron Containing Boron
【摘要】 <正> 一、前言缸套为内燃机中的重要零件之一,由于其服役条件的特点,要求缸套材料必须具备较高的导热性、小的膨胀系数和良好的耐磨性。原来使用的硼磷缸套虽较普通灰口铸铁具有较高的使用寿命,但因其石墨形态呈片状,使其使用寿命的提高受到了一定程度的限制,强度性能降低,易在粗车加工中破裂。而蠕墨铸铁在强度、耐磨性及铸造性能等方面具有较好的综合性能、是理想的缸套材料。我们在镁——钛系复合合金处理蠕墨铸铁的研究工作的基础上,对其耐磨性进行了试验,以期选择比较合适的硼,磷含量及蠕化率。
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the wear resistance of cylinder liner of compacted graphite cast iron containing boron treated with Mg-Ti-Re single alloy,The results indicate that the good wear resistance will be obtained if the K value (K=(4.4Ti)/(Mg+1/3×RE)),as a criterion of the compacted graphite cast iron.is controlled within the range 13-23.The phosphorous and boron content are 0.3%,0.03-0.05% respectively.The test metal with good castability is suitable for cen- trifugal casting.The wear weight loss of such liner measured by rapidly simulated wear test is 63% of that gray cast iron liner containing boron and thus the wear resistance increases by a factor of 1.587.
