几种添加剂对铜铅合金凝固组织影响的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了几种添加剂(Na2C上O3+C,K2CO3+C,CaCO3+C,S,CaO+C,Ca)对铜铅合金凝固组织的影响,在实验工作中采用了三种实验方法(普通铸造法、颗粒感应加热熔,铸法和液淬法)。研究结果表明,几种添加剂都能有效地细化组织,其中少量 S,钙和钙的化合物使铅相呈点、块状分布,K2CO3C 和 Na2CO3C 使铅相形态呈半网状分布

【Abstract】 The effect of several additives on the solidified structure of copper-lead alloys was studied in the laboratory by three methods(the common casting method,the grain-induction heating-melting- casting method and the liquid-quenching method).The results obtained are as follows:all of the addi- tives used in the study can refine the structnre of the copper-lead alloys;an addition of small amount of sulphur or calcium or calcarious compounds makes the lead phase in the copper-lead alloys dispersed evenly as isolated chunks.K2CO3+C or Na2CO3+C makes the lead phase in the form of network.
