【Abstract】 A HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in plasma andapplication of this method in pharmacokinetic study in rabbits have been described. The ferulic acid was extracted from acidified plasma with ether. Zorbax-NH2 column and methanol-0.14N acetic acid (60:40, v/v)as mobile phase were used. The detection wa-velengti was 330am. The assay linearity is ranging from 0.1-10.0μg/ml plasma with a regression coefficient of 0.999.Studies on pharmacokinetics after ig sodium ferulate in rabbits have shown that its process belongs to open one compartment model. The parameters were shown in Tab. 3. The absorption of sodium ferulate was fast after ig. administration in rabbits.更多还原
