【Abstract】 Total flavonoid fraction of astragalus complanatus R Br given iv 25, 50mg/kg in anesthetized rats produced dosedependent decrease in blood pressure and a concomitant decrease in heart rate. Direct effect of vasodilation was proved on rat aortic strips of contraction induced by NE. In vivo and in vitro experiments, the platelet aggregation wasinhibited significantly.更多还原
