【Abstract】 Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan was administered orally at dose of 6g/kg for study of its blood coagulation, platelet function and hematocrit, Blood sedimentation, the results were as follow;( 1 ) The platelet couns was reduced, the platelet factorl, 4. were significantly prolong time. The drug prevent the function of platelet adhere.( 2 ) The prolonged bleeding time coagulation time and prothrombin time indicated that the blood coagulation was inhibited.(3) The plasma protamine paracoagulation test (3p test) shows positive respose.(4) Hematocrit and Blood sedimentationrate were significantly changs. All these results suggest that Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan posesses an inhibitory function on blood coagulation.These changes may be responsible for its platelet function.更多还原
