麝香对离体家兔肾髓质环氧酶活性的影响
THE EFFECT OF RE-EXTRACT SUBSTRACE OF MUSK BY METHANOL ON CYCLOXYGENASE OF RABBIT KINDEY MARROW IN VITRO
【摘要】 本文采用麝香醇溶成分甲醇再提取物与离体家兔肾髓质环酶、花生四烯酸液共同温育,用RIA方法分析前列腺素产物(PGE、PGF),间接观察了该药对环氧酶活性的抑制作用。结果表明,当每毫升反应液中药物的剂量为400~1600微克时,可显著地抑制花生四烯酸代谢成PGE、PGE(均P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 Musk has anti-inflammation action in animal experiments. Using the mathod of incubating re-extract sutrace of musk by mathanol and cycloxygenase of rabbit kindey marrow and arachidonic acid(AA) together in vitro, we observe the inhibitive effect of the drug to the cycloxygenase through analysing prostaglandin(PG) reproductions withRIA. The data indicate that, when the concentration of the drug is 4×10-4-1.6×10-3.the reproductions of PGE and PGF are markly inhibited (P<0.01); the effect is not showed below the concentration. The results point out that the anti-inflammation action of the drug relates to influencing composition of PG and one of the drug action points similar to non-steroid anti-inflammation drug influences metabolism of AA through inhi-biitng activeness of cycloxygenase.
