【摘要】 本文报导了一种快速降解的生物组织粘结剂、α-氰基丙烯酸异丁氧基羰基甲基酯(CIBC)的合成和初步的生物效应。通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等方法测定了CIBC的化学结构,自1984年4月起,CIBC用于临床,结果表明该材料是一种强度高、组织反应小,易快速降解等综合性能良好的生物组织粘结剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the synthesis and preliminary bioeffect of Corbo-i- butoxymethyl- 2cynacrylate, a rapidly polymerizing biodegradable tissue adhesive. The structural characteritics of the CIBC were investigated by elementary analysis, IR and -NMR analysis respectively. From April 1984, CISC have been used clinically. The results show this material to be an ideal tissue adhesive of high strength, lower tissue reaction, and easy biodegradability.更多还原
