【Abstract】 This experiment demonstrated that poriatin was able to combine with calf serum proteins tightly and irreversibly, and destruct plasma membrane when serum was absent or poriatin was used in a very high concentration. The results suggested that poriatin might conjugate to proteins on plasma membrane, and then change the activities of ectoenzymes, inhibit the function of membrane and even cause damage of the cells.更多还原
