【摘要】 <正> 棘隙亚科吸虫属于棘口科,为一类小型吸虫,我国人体感染报道不多,仅见于湖北、福建和广西等省份。1985年在安徽省繁昌县作粪检调查时,查到棘口科吸虫卵,经驱虫鉴定为抱茎棘隙吸虫(Echi-nochasmus perfoliatus)。 材料和方法 用改良加藤法进行粪检。凡查到棘口科吸虫卵者给予25mg/kg剂量吡喹酮驱虫,收集驱虫后72h内的粪便淘虫。用20目筛过筛后用生理盐水水洗沉淀数次,由沉渣中检出虫体放在小平皿中,再经生理盐更多还原

【Abstract】 Human natural infection of Echinochasmus perfoliatus was observed in Fangchang County, Anhui Province. Among 171 worms collected. 110 comparatively intact worms were observed. Results show a size of 0.72-2.00 ×0.14-0.51 mm2 with collar of 0.13-0.33 mm in breadth and equipped with 24 collar spines arranged in a single row with dorsal interruption. Abnormal (contracted with single or no testis) worms were regarded as results of pyquiton treatment.更多还原
