【Abstract】 A successful modification was conducted for the methods developed by Yeh and his colleagues for separation of MHPG.SO4 from urine andthat developed by Meek and his fellows,for fluorometric estimation.A detaildiscription of this modification was given in this paper to show a decreased vo-lume separation column from 13.6cm to 3.25cm and an increased retract ratiofrom 65% to 95%.This modified method has applied in various aspects of men-tal issue research in China since it is characterized with well reliability,sim-plicity and feasibility.更多还原
