【Abstract】 Dengue virus 1-4 prototype (DV1-4) antigens prepared from infected mouse brains and Aedes albopictus mosquito cell line(C6/36) were separated by SDS-PAGE, then electrophoret-ically transferred to nitrocellulose membrane, on which enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was carried out with the use of DVi-4 mouse immune ascitic fluids and 10 monoclonal antibodies (McAb) of DV1-3. Two nonstructural proteins, NV5 and NV4, of DVi-4 were revealed by the immune ascitic fluids, and cross reactions were shown among them, indicating the existence of DV complex specific antigenic determinants on NV5 and NV4 of DV. Among the 10 McAbs which all were positive in indirect immunofluorescence assay, only McAb H7 and C7 could specifically recognize NV5 of DV1 and DV2, suggesting that there was at least one dengue type specific antigenic determinant on them respectively.更多还原
