【Abstract】 For comparing the growth character and performance trait of some strains of Auricularia (?).cula and A. polytricha,7 local isolates and 3 foreign introduced strains were cultivated separately iu the poiypropylene bag filled with saw dust and mineral salts as culture substrate.The result showed that the biological efficiency of two local isolates(A.polytricha P-X-8004 and A.auricula A-K-Q77)were 79.30% and 49.6% respecti- vely.This also indicated that a local strain is significantly superior to the strains introduced from foreign region. Because of the differenee occurred in ecological types,a good performance trait of excellent strain is limited in local region,thus,the author considered that local good strain should be screened for use in locality.This aim may be achieved by the screening method described in this paper.更多还原
