骨用多孔涂层材料的研究
STUDY OF POROUS COATING MATERIALS FOR ARTIFICIAL JOINTS
【摘要】 本文研究了性能良好气孔率30~50%、平均孔径475μ、有利于骨组织长入的骨用A-M系列多孔涂层材料。涂有A-M多孔涂层的复合型人工股骨头,弹性模量下降36.6%。经扫描电镜观察骨标本切片证明,骨组织长入孔隙中,而达到生物力学固定。从84年起,已有一百余例应用于临床,疗效令人满意。
【Abstract】 ABSTRACTThis paper deals with a series of A-M porous coating materials for artificial joints, which have an excellent physicochemical properties with 30~ 50% of porosity and pores of 475um in average diameter benefiting to ingr-outh of bone tissues. The elastic modulus of the artificial joints with A-M porous coating materials was decreased by 36.6%. The SEM results of the of bone specimens showed that the bone tissue grew well into the pores and consequentlly attained the aim of biological mechanical immobilization. The composite type ’s synthetic joints coated with A-M series polypores layer has been used in more than 100 cases singe 1934 with satisfactory effect,
