钢筋骨水泥的机械性能及其在脊柱骨折脱位中的应用

【摘要】 本文应用骨圆针—TJ骨水泥结构治疗脊柱骨折、脱位,并对该结构的机械性能进行了测定,抗弯强度达529.35kg/cm~2。骨圆针能显著增强骨水泥的机械性能。手术中脊柱立即得到固定,便于护理和康复。临床应用12例,平均随访19月,效果满意,无不良反应。介绍了制作及使用方法。
