细胞培养法评价医用材料的生物相容性

【摘要】 应用体外培养细胞与材料直接接触的方法评价了47种材料的生物相容性,材料包括有聚氨酯、硅橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚酯、聚丙烯、苯乙烯一丁二烯共聚物、热塑性弹性体、瓷和镍铬合金。大多数材料是中国制造并正在应用和研究的医用材料。试验结果表明,大多数材料显示了低的细胞毒性,然而聚氯乙烯和聚氨酯却有不同程度的毒性。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>Forty-seven materials were evaluated for their biocompatibility by a cellculture test, using dircct ccntact methed. They are pclyurethanes, siliconerubbers,poly (vinyl chlorides), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, poly (me-thyl methacrylates), polyester, polypropylene, styrene-butadiene copolymer,thermoplastic elastomer, porcelains, and nickel-chromium allcy, most ofwhich were made in China as potential biomaterials. Most of the materialstested showed low cytotoxicity. Poly(vinyl chlorides) and polyurethanes,ho-wever, exhibited varied toxicity.
