【摘要】 在培养基中分别加入7种染色剂培养线虫,可以使各发育阶段的活线虫染色。用苏丹Ⅱ和苏丹Ⅲ染色的线虫,其肠道及脂肪体呈明显红色,易于辨认。经染色的线虫,其侵染寄主的能力和繁殖力都没有不良影响。染了色的侵染期线虫在进入寄主体前,能保持颜色不变。染色技术为观察和跟踪线虫的活动提供了方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different stages of living entomopathogenic nematodes, Steinernema spp., were stained with biological stains added in the media at 0.5% concentration. Seven different stains were tested. Nematodes stained with Sudan Ⅱ and Sudan Ⅲ showed red colour in their intestinal contents and fat bodies, and were easily distinguishable. The colour of the stained nematodes lasted till penetration into the insect hosts by the nematodes. No adverse effect on the fecundity and infectivity of the nematodes was observed for the biological stains used. The method greatly enhances one’s ability to identify and trace activities of the nematodes introduced into laboratory experiments.更多还原
