柞蚕卵繁蜂时松毛虫赤眼蜂罕见婚配行为观察

【摘要】 在显微镜下连续观察,用电影摄影机跟踪拍摄,及试验研究的结果证实:松毛虫赤眼蜂两性生殖,产生雌雄子代;孤雌生殖仅产雄性子代。寄生于同一柞蚕卵内的松毛虫赤眼蜂,雄蜂较雌蜂早1~1.5天羽化。雄蜂羽化后,在寄主卵内即与刚脱下蛹包膜、尚未展翅的雌蜂,或发育后期的雌蛹交尾。羽化前5小时的雌蛹中,有59%以上的个体已经受精,羽化后可产生雌雄两性子代;但羽化前24小时以上的雌蛹,虽能观察到雄蜂有与之交尾的动作,但其产生的子代均为雄性。雌蜂在卵内交尾后,咬破卵壳出来。未见到前人所报道的雄蜂先咬破卵壳,在寄主卵外等待雌蜂交尾的现象 雌蜂产卵时,产卵管在寄主卵壳上朝左右两个方向轮流旋转钻孔,其旋转角度不超过360度,转速1~2转/秒。同时由产卵管分泌一种液体。

【Abstract】 Results of continuous observation, photochronograph with film camara and rearing experiments confirmed that sexual reproduction of T. dendrolimi produces progenies of both sexes while its asexual reproduction produces only male progeny. Emergence of the male parasitoids was 1-1.5 days earlier than that of the females developed in the same host egg. Newly emerged males copulated, inside the host egg, with the females which had just completed their eclosion with wings unexpanded or had still been enclosed by the pupal cases. When the mated female pupae of two ages, 5 hours vs. 24 hours before emergence, were seperated from the males, 59% of the former were fertilized and produced progenies of both sexes. Whereas the latter produced only male progenies. After mating, the female wasps bit through the host egg shell to crawl out. These results are contrary to the reports by previous authors that male wasps of Trichogramma emerge prior to the females and wait outside host eggs for mating. Female wasps accomplished oviposition by sequentially rotating their ovipositors clockwise and counter-clockwise to drill through the host eggs. The rotating angle of the ovipositor did not exceed 360°. The speed of the rotation was 1-2 rev./sec. A liquid was secreted through the ovipositor during oviposition.
