(+)-和(-)-1,1’-联-2-萘酚的立体选择合成
The Sereospecific Synthesis of (+)-and (-)-1,1’-Bi-2-naphthol
【摘要】 使用光学活性的2-氨基丁醇-1、麻黄素、ψ-麻黄素、酒石酸和谷氨酸在KF·2H2O存在下分别与Merrifield树脂反应制得8种相应的手征性树脂.由这些树脂和Cu(NO3)2作用后生成的Cu(Ⅱ)络合物树脂作为氧化偶合试剂,对2-萘酚的氧化偶合反应具有立体选择效果,可得致电46~58ee%的(+)-或(-)-1,1′-联-2-萘酚。
【Abstract】 Eight chiral resins (2) were obtained by reaction of optically active 2-aminobutanol-1, ephedrine,φ-ephedrine, tartaric acid and glutamic acid (1) with Merrifield’s resin in the presence of KF,2H2O. 2 were respectively reacted with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O to form polymeric chiral Cu(Ⅱ) complex (3) in good yield. The application of 3 as the dissymmetrically oxidative coupling reagents to 2-naphthol in MeOH at room temperature was thoroughly studied and 46-58%ee of(+)-or (-)-1,1’-bi-2-naphthol could be obtained.
