磁定位技术在加速器放射治疗中应用的实验研究

【摘要】 为将磁定位技术引入肿瘤放射治疗中,我们开展了初步的可行性实验。结果表明铁磁性物质对电子直线加速器产生的电子线有明显的屏蔽作用和微弱的近侧增强作用。电子线(E6~E15)的衰减作用在33~70%,增强作用在0~10%。由此我们认为,将铁磁性物质制成粉未和微粒注入患者管腔,利用磁定位,有可能实现病灶局部放射增强和正常组织的有效保护。

【Abstract】 In order to apply the magnetic localization technology to tumor radiotherapy, we did preliminary and feasibility-exploring experiments. The results of experime nts revealed that iron magnetic material possessed the obvious shielding effect and weak intensifying effect in near field on the electron beam generated by LINAC. The electron beam (E6-E15)decreased to 30~70% in the shielded area and increased from zero to 10% in the intensified area. We suggested that, with magnetic localization, we may increase the radiation therapeutic effect in focal lesions and obtain the effective protection of normal tissues after putting microspheres or particless of iron-magnetic meterial into the patient’s cavities.
