【Abstract】 Si Wu decoction is one of the traditional Chinese medicaments treating blood-disorders. With the decoction, sometimes we treat hemoptysis caused by lung carcinoma which were ineffective by using modern hemostatics. They are: hemoptysis due to Lung-Heat, hemoptysis due to blood stasis, hemoptysis due to Yin-deficiency and hemoptysis due to blood deficiency. In such cases, modified Si Wu decoction is usually effective and has a long-term action. All of these cases have received Si Wu decoction added with three traditional Chinese blood-disordertreating drug. Usually we can get good effectiveness in treating hemoptysis. On this paper, there are typical cases of each of the four types.更多还原
