【摘要】 本文用激光干涉条纹视力计对248只眼进行视力测定,并和E字国际远视力表视力对照。在正常眼、屈光不正眼、视神经病眼中,两者基本符合。65.4％的弱视眼干涉条纹视力高于视力表视力,对各种白内障的检查约有半数患者术前干涉条纹视力与术后矫正视力基本符合,对成熟期白内障及某些厚膜性白内障术前不能测定干涉条纹视力。作者认为,干涉条纹视力检查有其临床应用价值,可指导验光工作,对白内障病人可预测术后视力,并可作为弱视和视神经病鉴别诊断的一个参考方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors compared the laser interference fringe visual acuity with E snellen chart visual acuity on 248 eyes, and found that they were in keeping with each other in normal eyes, refractive errors and optic nerve diseases. In the 65% of the amblyopia, the former was better than the latter, and about 50% of the cataract patients, the preoperative interference fringe visual acuity was basically in accord with the postoperative corrective E snellen chart visual acuity, but it was impossible for the patients with matural and thick-membrane cataract to be measured preoperatively. The author suggested that the interference fringe visual acuity examination would be helpful for the optometry, for predicting the postoperative visual acuity of cataracts, and for differential diagnosis between the amblyopia and the optic nerve diseases.更多还原
