【摘要】 本文报道应用抗LT单克隆抗体ELISA检测了283株肠道菌的LT活性,其中有8株是标准产毒大肠杆菌,216株是从腹泻患者分离的大肠杆菌,36株由腹泻猪的粪便分离的大肠杆菌,23株是其它肠道致病菌。此外,还检验了抗LT单克隆抗体ELISA与CT各浓度的反应性。结果表明:抗LT单克隆抗体ELISA的敏感性与抗LT多克隆抗体ELISA相同,而在特异性上前者优于后者。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that activities of LT for 283 strains of enteropathogenic bacteria were detected with anti-LT McAb ELISA. 8 of 283 were stan dard enterotoxigenic strains, 216 were isolated from patients with diarrhea, 36 frompigs with diarrhea and 23 were other enteropathogenic bacteria besides reactivities of anti-LT McAb ELISA with different concentration of CT were also assayed. The results showed that sensitivities in anti-LT McAb ELISA is compared with anti-LT PcAb ELISA, with the formes being superior to latter in specificity.更多还原
