【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳技术(PAGE)检测肺吸虫病实验家兔血清中各种蛋白的分辨力较醋酸纤维薄膜电泳为高,表现为蛋白区带(13条)增多及其各组分含量的变化。以Densiscan光密度仪扫描可见其感染后4、5个月抗体水平明显上升,主要是电泳谱型中的DEF(γ)平均比移率范围最宽(12.64～31.61％),蛋白量平均增多7.89％,为感染前正常兔的0.95～1.24倍,差异显著(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that using PAGE technique as well as scanning of light-density 13 different protein bands were shown in which the differences on the increasing and decreasing values of protein were also more marked than those with electrophoresis of cellulose membrane acetate ( ECMA ) technique in our previous study, Using the electrophoresis-spectrum-type (according to Ye et al, 1985 ) the range of the broadest relative specific mobility of DEF (Y) was 12.64-31.61%,the amount of protein was found to be increased following the elevation of antibody level being 7.89% as the average, especially after infection on the 4th and 5th month, or 0.95-1.24 times the amount of 9.23% in normal rabbit serum.
