【摘要】 本文研究了十一个熊果苷和天麻苷类化合物的 FAB-MS,报道了糖环乙酰基保护的苷类和糖环羟基游离的苷类的裂解方式.在前一类化合物中,主要裂解方式为糖环上消除;在后类化合物中,主要裂解方式为糖环氧原子周围碎裂.文中还就这两类化合物的结构差异和裂解差异进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the FAB MS of arbutin and gastrodin derivatives were stu- died.The fragmentation manet of glycosides which protected with acyl group and glycosides with free hydroxyl groups were reported.For compounds 1,2, 3,5,6,7,8,the major fragmentation manet is elimination of acetic acid and for compounds 4,9,10,11,is the tragmentation about carbon-oxygen bond on the carbohydrate ring.The effect of the structures of these conpounds on the fragmentation manet was also discussed here.更多还原
