花生四个类型的染色体组型分析
KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS IN PEANUT (ARACHIS HYPOGAEA L. ) OF FOUR TYPES
【摘要】 花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)四类型的染色体组型分析表明:(1)四类型的染色体数,2n=4x=AABB=40,20对的同源染色体中,有1对具随体的B染色体的B染色体组和1对最小的A染色体的A染色体组。(2)四类型的染色体长度范围分別为5.7-15.1μ(西班牙型), 4.9-14.4μ(秘鲁型),5.30-14.7μ(巴伦西亚型)和4.5-12.1μ(弗吉尼亚型)。四类型的染色体组型都不同,西班牙型2n=4x=17m+1sm(SAT)+2st,秘鲁型2n=4x=17m+2sm(1SAT)+1st,巴伦西亚型2n=4x=12m+7sm(1SAT)+1st和弗吉尼亚型2n=4x=16m+3Sm(1SAT)+1st0
【Abstract】 Karyotype analysis is conducted in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) with the purpose of identifying the morphological characteristics of each chromosome for breeding by modified squash technique using four types which were provided by Lab. of Oil Crops, Dept. of Agronomy, BAU, as materials, the results may be concluded as follows:1. The Karyotypes of four types are all the same, as 2n=4x=AABB=40. Among 20 pairs of homologous chromosomes one pair carries satellites as the B chromosome of the B genome and another pair o(?) omosomes is shortest in chromosome length as the A chromosome of the A genome.2. The morphological indices of chromosome indicate that the chromosome length of four types of peanut varies from 5.7-15.1μ (Spanish type), 4.9-14.4μ (Peruvian type), 5.30-14.7μ (Valencia type) and 4.5-12.1μ(Virginia type), but the smaller and the smal. lest chromosome pairs occupy mostly.3. The karyotype analysis shows that the karyotypes of four types are different with each other, as Spanish type 2n=4x=17m+1sm(SAT)+2st, Peruvian type 2n=4x=17M+2sm(1SAT)+1st, Valencia txype 2n=4x=12m+7sm(1SAT)+1st, and Virginia type 2n=4x=16m+3sm(ISAT)+1st.
