【摘要】 用间接免疫荧光染色及微量细胞毒试验证实.人白细胞介素2(Interleukin 2,IL-2)脬育原代培养生长呈融汇状的人脐带静脉内皮细胞24～72小时.可诱发细胞的HLA—DR抗原表达,而内皮细胞抗原和Ⅷ因子相关抗原在这一过程仍呈阳性反应.IL-2影响内皮细胞摄取~8H-TdR和~3H-UR.同时对细胞形态也育影响。T淋巴细胞和经植物凝集素(PHA)激活的T细胞及其条件培养液也影响内皮细胞对~3H-TdR和~3H—UR的摄入.结果提示IL-2不仅可诱发内皮细胞的HLA-DR抗原表达.且影响细胞的代谢.更多还原

【Abstract】 Human umbilical vein endothelialcells were cultured in vitro.It wasfound that endothelial HLA-DR cannot be detected under the standardculturing condition.However,treatment of primary cultures withIL-2 can induce the expression ofHLA-DR antigen.The fact that theexpression of HLA-DR Ag and somemetabolic alternations by the endo-thelial cells can be induced by IL-2may have important implicationsfor regulation of immunologicalresponses and for some inflamma-tory diseases and atherosclerosis,even more for organ transplantation.更多还原
