【摘要】 0.005%杀它仗间歇投饵(限量20g间隔6天二次投)和饱和(不限量)投饵,都取得了与0.05%敌鼠钠饱和投饵相同的灭鼠效果。杀它仗的户均耗饵量为49.6g,饵点耗饵量为108.4g(范围59.8～166.6g),控制需时为20天(范围19～21天)。敌鼠钠的户均耗饵量为135.4g,饵点耗饵量为244.1g(范围142.2～344.8g),控制需时18天(范围15～21天)。同样用饱和投毒处理,褐家鼠对杀它仗的摄食比值下降率与敌鼠钠基本相同(杀它仗:y=1.5445—1.0367x,敌鼠钠:y=1.4551—1.1239x,p>0.5)。从实用性和安全性考虑,作者认为杀它仗限量间歇投饵更能反映第二代抗凝血剂的高灭鼠效力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anticoagulant rodenticides floeoumafen and sodium-diphacinone were tested against Norway rat infesing living areas and farm buildings. About the same control effect of two rodenticides was obtained. The application of ready to use baits poisoned with 0.005% flocoumafen was restricted to periodic placements of 40 g and with 0005% sodium-diphacinone was 60-80 g. The relative assesment of quantities of bait eaten by rats per treated family was 49.6 g in flocoumafen and 135.4 g in sodium-diphacinone treatment. About the same control effect was obtained in farm buildings in which the unrestricted baiting was used. The quantities of bait eaten by rats per bait point was 108.4g (range 59. 8-166.6g)in flocoumafen and 244. 1g(range 142.2-344.8g)in sodiumdiphacinone treatmeent, but the time taken to control the rat infestations was shorter 2 days in latter treatment than flocoumafen, it was 18 days(range 15-21 days)and 20 days(range 18-21 days)respectivelly. In unrestricted bating treatment the mean rate of recession of the quotient of number of points with takes during the trial and the number of points with takes on day 2 was no significant difference (flocoumafen: Y=1.5445-1.0367X, odium-diphasinone:Y=1.4551-1.1239X, t=0.1409 p>0.5) .Proposed for the practical and safe use of flocoumafen, authors recommended to practice the restricted baiting in order to gct the high efficacy of the second-generation single-dose anticoagulant in rodent control.更多还原
