【摘要】 本文报道207例健康老年人和71例冠心病老年人血清载脂蛋白及脂蛋白组分含量的变化。结果显示冠心病患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB.、LDL-C/HDL、ApoA-I/HDL-C显著高于健康老年人。单因素相关分析显示冠心病的HDL-C与LDL-C、TG呈明显的负相关,而与HDL-PL是正相关。高胆固醇血症的冠心病患者HDL-C、ApoA-I显著低于健康老年人,而TG相反。更多还原

【Abstract】 The levels of serum apolipoproteins and lipoprotein fractions were determinedin 207 healthy elderly subjects and 71 elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). The results showed that the parameters of TC, TG, LDL-C ApoB, LDL-C/HDL-C,and ApoA-I/HDL-C of the patients with CHD were much higher than heal-thy elderly subjects, but HDL-C/TC, HDL-PL/TC were much lower. The analyses of linear correlation indicated that the parameters of HDL-Cshowed significantly negative correlated to the LDL-C, TC of the patients withCHD, But HDL-PL positively correlated. The parameters of HDL-C,ApoA-I in the CHD patients with hypercholesterola-emia were much lower as compared to the healthy elderly subjects, but TG washigher.更多还原
