关于我国盲童教育康复的研究报告

A STUDY OF REGULAR EDUCATION FOR LOW VISION CHILDREN IN BLIND CHILDREN’S SCHOOL

【摘要】 本文报告了上海市盲童学校135例患者的病因,第一位是先天性白内障,其次为视神经萎缩、先天性小角膜及小眼球。全部患者中,盲(无光感—<0.05)74例,占54.81%;低视力(0.05—<0.3)56例,占41.48%;0.3—0.4共5例,占3.71%。我们对83例有可利用残余视力患者,应用各种助视器进行普通教育,对其中30例患者(3个班)进行了2—4学期的观察研究,证明教学效果良好,与一般普通学校相近。在观察期间未发现有眼病恶化或视力进一步减退者。

【Abstract】 The subjects of the study were 135 pupils of the Shanghai Blind ChildrenSchool.Congenital cataract 1ed in the causes of blindness,optic atrophy came second andthen microcornea and microphthalmus ranged third.Among these patients,74 cases (54.8%)were blind (no light perception—<0.05,56 cases (41.5%) were low-vision (0.05—<0.3),and5 cases (3.71%) had vision of 0.3—0.4.A total of 83 cases with vision of 0.02 or betterwere considered to have usable residual vision for regular education through application ofvisual aids.Of the 83 cases,30 Fatients in 3 classes were followed up for 2—4 semesters and teach-ing results were found to be good,with rone to suffer worsening in the ocular disease orvisual acuity.
