【Abstract】 In recent ten years and over , notable therapeutic effects have been obtainedin treating acnte non-ly mphatic leukemia with Ailing-1, and in treating advancedprimary liver cancer with operation combining Ailing-1,By use of autoradiogra-phy, experimental observations on the pharmacody namic effects of Ailing-1 on livercancer cells (QGY-7703) have been catried out. The results show that Ailing-1 in-jection markedly inhibits the growth and survival of the cancer ddlls, but has noinhibitory effect on the division of the cancer cells.Ailing-1 produced differentdegrees of inhibitory effect at different concentratios. showing dose-effect rela-tionship . Ailing-1 directly wouuds or kills cells by deactivating cellnlar enzyme sys-tem.and checking cellular oxidation and respiratian.
