【摘要】 微生物诱变育种的主要目的是获得高产菌株,通过诱发突变.使产量性状向着高产方向发展,从而提高抗生素工业生产的产量.金霉素链霉菌生产菌株Streptomyces aureofaciens S₂经过紫外线、甲基磺酸乙酯及秋水仙碱的诱变作用,得到了83-2-106新菌株.新菌株与亲株在形态上有明显的差异.通过研究发现:新菌株在摇瓶中的生产能力比亲株稳定提高10%;对无机磷及空气的需要与亲株明显不同;通过传代试验证明,其生产性能稳定.更多还原

【Abstract】 High tetracycline producing strain 2-106 was obtained from the parent strain S. aureofaciens S2 after mutation with a series of treatment by UV,EMS and colchicine mutagents.The yield of the mutant in the shaking flask was 10% higher than the parent strain.Comparing to the parent strain, the new strain had the obviously difference in morphology and culture conditions especially in the requirement of inorganic phosphate and the aeration.It was showed that the yield level of the mutant was stable after successive transfer.更多还原
