【摘要】 本文报告国产Ceftazidime对445株重庆地区致病菌体外抗菌活性的研究,并与英国Glaxo公司的Ceftazidime进行比较.结果显示,国产品与进口品对20属共445株致病菌的MIC和MBC范围一致,抑菌率分别为91.2%和92.6%.对沙门氏菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌及哈夫尼亚杆菌显示高度的抗菌活性,MIC₉₀分别为0.03、0.03、0.25和0.125μg/ml.本药对其它肠道阴性杆菌及绿脓杆菌也具有较好的抗菌作用,但对粪链球菌和不动杆菌的作用欠佳.本研究为该药的临床应用提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 The in-vitro activity of home-made ceftazidime was evaluated against 445 Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria isolated from in patients of our hospital from 1980 to 1987,and was compared with the same antibiotics produced by Glaxo Ltd, U. K. The results showed that ceftazidime had a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity against clinical pathogens. It inhibited 58.7% and 91.2% of 445 pathogenic organisms with the concentrations of 0.125 and 8μ g/ml, respectively. MIC90 of ceftazidime for Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., E. coli and Hafnia spp. were 0.03, 0.03, 0.25 and 0.125 μg/ml, respectively. Characteristically, it was highly active against P.aeruginosa with the MIC90 of 2μ/ml. Our results indicated that home-made ceftazidime can be used effectively in the treatment of serious infections clinically, especially those caused by P. aeruginosa and hospital acquired infections.更多还原
