【摘要】 用AES和XPS方法,分析荧光灯阴极涂层和灯管管壁粉层,并作了对比研究。发现影响荧光灯质量的主要因素是:合理的阴极设计、材料的适当配比和许多工艺技术问题。初步结果表明,应用表面分析技术是有效的手段,可以解决过去无法解决的一些问题。提高荧光灯质量及使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, AES and XPS are used to analyze the cathode coats of fluorescent lamp and the powder layers on the wall of the lamp tube. It has been found that the main factor’s which impair the fluorescent lamp quality are: appropriate cathode design, a proper ratio of materials and some technological problems.更多还原
