【Abstract】 We measured serum testosterone and estrogen levels in 45 patients with acne and 38 normal persons. Male patients had higher serum estradiol levels (230.2 P mol/L)than that of controls (163.9 p mol/L).Female Patients had higher serum testosterone (5.45 n mol/L) than that of controls (3.71 n mol/L).We also discover that 88.9% of women with acne had abnormal menstrual cycle.We believe that it is worth treating these patients with artificial menstrual cycle therapy.更多还原
