【摘要】 培养了花后53、61、68、74、83、91天的“大叶青”胚。对“大叶青”、 “白毛”胚形成正常苗需要的低温时间作了探讨,结果表明,花后53、61、68天的胚不能产生正常苗;花后63～74天是胚形成正常苗的转折期;花后74～83天是适宜的培养期。适宜的培养基为1/10MS和1/MS(大量+微量)。果实黄熟对,部分胚败育。“大叶青”、“白毛”胚形成正常苗的适宜低温(2～4℃)均为60天。更多还原

【Abstract】 Embryos of "Dayeqing" picked 53,61,68,74,83 and 91 days after bloom were cultured and days of low temperature(2~4℃)treatment for embryos of "Dayeqing","Baimao" to form normal seedling were studied in vitro.The results were as follows: the embryos of "Dayeqing" picked 53,91 and 68 days after bloom did not produce normal seedlings.It was the transforming period of the embryos to produce normal seedlings from 68 to 74 days after bloom.The proper time for embryos culture was 74 to 83 days after bloom and the suitable media were 1/10 MS and 1/2 MS(macronutrient+micronutrient).A part of the embryos aborted when the fruits were yellow ripening.It was found that low temperature treatment(2~4℃,60 days)was suitable for the embryos of "Dayeqing" and " Baimao" to grow into seedlings with normal leaves and roots in vitro.更多还原
