【摘要】 用氨基酸自动分析仪,测定了桑蚕个体在不同发育阶段中天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸,丝氨酸、甘氨酸,丙氨酸、酪氨酸和脯氨酸的含量,以及这些氨基酸在桑蚕各种排出物和食下桑叶中的含量,然后用平衡试验法分析了这些氨基酸在五龄幼虫期、蛹期和成虫期合成作用和分解作用的相对大小,由此了解这些氨基酸在桑蚕个体发育中吸收与留存,合成和分解的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of several amino acids including aspartic acid,glutamic acid,serine,glycine,alanine,tyrosine and proline in silkworms of different developmental stages,their excreta and the mulberry leaves ingested were determined by amino acid autoanalyzer.Then the relative amount of synthetic action and decomposition of these amino acids in the 5th instar larvae,pupae and adults were investigated by the balance test.The absorption,remains,synthetic action and decomposition of these amino acids in silkworm were discussed.更多还原
